Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the iOS app "Horogium" and its server (horogium.com) (together, the "Service"), operated by Rsync Inc. ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Account

Signing in with Apple is required only when you publish a design with a URL. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

Paid features

• Parts packs and save slots are one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored with "Restore Purchases" on a new device using the same Apple ID.
• Because they are non-consumable, the same item cannot be purchased more than once.
• Payments and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. We cannot decide whether a refund is granted.

Published designs

• A published design and its images are visible to anyone on its share page (horogium.com/w/...) and may be linked from other pages as other works.
• You retain the rights to the designs you create. We reproduce and display them only as needed to operate and present the Service.
• You can delete a published design from the app at any time.

Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content.

• Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
• Publishing content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights (including unauthorized use of real brands' logos or designs)
• Publishing obscene, violent, or discriminatory content, or content that defames or harasses others
• Impersonation, or interfering with the operation of the Service (unauthorized access, excessive automated requests, and the like)
• Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the Service

Enforcement and reporting

If you find objectionable content, contact us at info@horogium.com. We act on reports within 24 hours of reviewing them, including removing the content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from interruption or termination of the Service or loss of data. The Service may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
